Please select the rooms you will use:

       SMR – Small meeting room

       Kitchen

       CMR – Community Meeting Room

If your meeting will be held during closed hours you will need a building key.  The fee is $10.00 which is refundable.

 

I (we), the undersigned, agree to the following:

 

1.  To abide by the Procedures for Use of Community Rooms, a copy of which I have received.

2.  To be responsible for the key issued to me or my organization, to lock all doors, turn off all lights, and to return the key to the library or book drop.

3.  To be liable for damages, destruction, or theft of Carnegie Library property.

4.  To pay for any additional cleaning expense incurred, beyond the normal cleaning procedure for the rooms.  For groups over 30 there is a refundable cleaning deposit of $50.00.

5.  To pay key deposit at the time the key is obtained.

6.  To respect the rules for no smoking and no alcoholic beverages.

7.  To follow all rules governing library or meeting room use, with the understanding that violation of the terms of this agreement terminates any present or future use for the individual or organization involved.

 

It is understood that the City of Big Timber and Carnegie Public Library assume no responsibility whatever for any property placed in the library in connection with a meeting or activity, that said agencies are hereby expressly released and discharged from any and all liability for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property which may be sustained as a result of the meeting or activity.  Activities deemed high risk may require the purchase of liability insurance prior to use of the meeting room.
